Brainlist: Legal & Support

Brainlist is an iPhone productivity and planning app that brings your calendar, tasks, quick notes, and habits into one calm "Greenhouse at dawn" interface. It combines a chronological Today agenda, a month calendar with events, a task manager with three views (List, an Eisenhower importance/urgency Matrix, and a gamified spin-the-wheel picker), quick "Brain Dump" notes you can type or dictate by voice, timed Focus sessions, reusable task templates ("Macros"), houseplant-care reminders, and a "Garden" gamification system with points, levels, daily streaks, a growing tree, and a friendly mascot. Your information is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData and, when iCloud is available, mirrored to your private iCloud/CloudKit database so it syncs across your devices. Sign in with Apple is required to use the app. Optional AI assistance (smart event times, task breakdowns, companion reminders, and personalised coaching tips) is available to Brainlist Pro subscribers and is processed by a third-party cloud AI provider acting as our processor; free users get equivalent on-device suggestions with nothing leaving the device. Brainlist shows no ads and performs no tracking. Brainlist Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (with a 7-day free trial) through the Apple App Store. The app is iPhone-only, portrait-only, and requires iOS 18 or later.
